St. Louis, MO

We stopped in St. Louis, MO for lunch while driving to Kansas City. When we drove through St. Louis on the drive to Salt Lake City a little over a year ago, we didn't stop, so we thought we would this time. It's really hard to get a good idea of what's going on in a city when you're only there for lunch. St. Louis seems to be a city dominated by work and sports, but I'm sure if I was there long enough I'd see another side of it. It isn't a extrovert like San Francisco. St. Louis is an introvert, keeping to itself, and minding its own business. And I'm sure there is something lurking in its backstreets patiently waiting for someone to walk by and notice it. I'd like to think every town is like that. Even good ol' Salyer, CA.

Tim finally got to see what it's like to forced into a position for a photo. It took a little convincing, but I finally got him in that tree.
